What is the return policy?

All items shipped have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. If you receive item and don't like for any reason, call or email for return shipping instructions. There is no fee or penalty for returning any item. Item must be returned in same condition as received. If any sizing, setting, or alterations are done on the ring by anyone other than myself, ring cannot be returned.

I just placed an order, when will item ship?

Engagement rings which only need sizing will typically ship within three days. Bands and mountings typically ship within 3-4 weeks, and often earlier. If you have a specific deadline, please note this in the comment section of order form.

Are there any guarantees?

Yes, all items have a complete 30 day money back guarantee. If you don't like the item for any reason, call or email for return shipping instructions. Also, if item does not appraise as described, graded or valued, the money back guarantee is in effect. Call or email for return shipping instructions.

How secure is the order process?

Credit card information is given over an encrypted secure link directly to the card service processor. Card numbers are never stored on the website.

Hours are typically Mon - Thurs 10AM to 5:15PM and Fridays 10AM to 4:30. Appointments are not needed but are helpful. Arrangements can be made for either earlier or later visits. We are not normally open on Saturdays but I do reserve one Saturday per month for appointments. The Saturday chosen is flexible based on scheduling.
