is the return policy?
All items shipped have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee.
If you receive item and don't like for any reason, call or email for
return
shipping instructions. There is
no fee or penalty for returning any item. Item must be returned
in
same condition as received. If any sizing, setting, or alterations
are done on the ring by anyone other than myself, ring cannot be
returned.
I
just placed an order, when will item ship?
Engagement rings which only need sizing will typically ship
within three days. Bands and mountings typically ship within 3-4 weeks,
and often earlier. If you have a specific deadline, please note
this in the comment section of order form.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping via US postal Express Mail.
Are
there any guarantees?
Yes, all items have a complete 30 day money back guarantee.
If you don't like the item for any reason, call or email for return
shipping
instructions. Also, if item does not appraise as described, graded

you have a retail store?
Yes. I am located at:
10 West 47th Street Suite 802
New York, New York 10036
Hours are typically Mon - Thurs 10AM to 5PM and Fridays 10AM to
4PM, by appointment. I do not have weekend hours but can often
schedule appointments either earlier than 10AM
or later than 5PM on monday through thursday. Scheduling is
by appointment just to make sure that I am
there when you arrive. Please call or email before arriving just
to make sure!
