When will item ship?

If item is in stock and does not need adjustment such as resizing, it will ship either same day or next business day.

If item is in stock but need adjustment such as resizing, it will ship within 5 business days.

If item is being crafted for an order, production to shipping time is three to four weeks.

How will item ship?

We ship fully insured via USPS Express Mail or via Fedex 2nd Day Air. Packages must be signed for and will not be left on a doorstep. Please contact us prior to shipping if any special arrangements need to be made.

Do You Ship International?

We can ship outside the US via Insured, Signature Required international Fed Ex, with a few restrictions due to a country's import prohibitions (call for more information). Please contact us prior to ordering for an estimate cost of your international shipment. International orders paid for by methods other than a bank wire transfer require additional forms of identification in order for processing to be approved.

Shipping fees for items shipped outside of the US are determined by the value of the item (s) shipped. Please contact us for estimates to send your item.

Recipients of International shipments will be responsible for any duty and tax at Customs. Leigh Jay & Co. has no authority over a country's local customs department and are not liable for rate charges. It is the customer's responsibility for paying local taxes to their local custom's office. Please contact your local customs department for details.
