1920s Art Déco Platinum Engagement Ring #VR180821-1A
A magnificent example of Art Déco era jewelry making, this fantastic antique engagement was made during the 1920s in what is also referred to as the Jazz Age. This glittering ring features a 1.01 ct Old European cut natural diamond. Graded by the GIA as I color and VS1 clarity, this is a very beautiful diamond! The shoulders have single cut antique dimaonds bead set in rectangular frames on either side of the central diamond. Beautifully engraved pierced metalwork leads from the shoulders down the sides of the ring. A dramatic grill style gallery allows light to penetrate under the diamond, adding even more sparkle to this glamourous vintage treasure.
