This truly unique engagement ring features a GIA certified 2.19 carat hexagonal mixed cut diamond. The GIA report gives this gemstone a color grade of F and a clarity of SI1. The unusual cut of this diamond has the top facets as a step-cut where as the pavilion ( bottom ) facets have brilliant facets. The combination produces a mesmerizing effect of serene brilliancy. This diamond is also much spreadier in its dimensions than similar round-shaped diamonds of the same carat weight. Set in a beautiful handcrafted platinum mounting from the 1980s. This fantastic diamond is framed by two deeply saturated green emeralds that are long, tapered baguette cuts. The ring is currently a size 5.75, and some resizing is possible.
