Edwardian era tear drop Amethyst and Diamond drop earrings from the early 20th C. A pair of lively pear shaped Amethysts that measure 7.8mm x 5.5mm (approx. 1.6 cts) are bezel set. A pair of 2.5mm ( .12 tcw) Old European cut diamonds (I/J VS) sit at the top of the gemstones. These lovely earrings hang from French wire mountings for a light and airy look. The earrings are made in 14k yellow gold. They hang approximately 11mm from the piercing.
