A truly one-of-a-kind ring! Made at the end of the 19th C., this ring reflects the interest in creating designs that incorporate floral and leafy elements found in nature. This greatly influenced the Art Nouveau movement of the 1920s. An exquisite antique natural diamond is set in a six-prong basket in this elaborately carved engagement ring. It is a 1.18 ct Old European cut diamond, N color, VVS1 clarity, with GIA report 2231689101. The graceful shoulders taper from 8.5 mm to 3.5 mm, for a nice amount of finger coverage and easy wearability. Made in a rich yellow 18k gold in size 6. Some resizing is possible, please inquire.
