A truly exquisite Art Nouveau engagement ring from the early 20th C. A wonderful 1.65 ct warm Old European cut natural diamond sits in an ornate eight prong basket. The pretty vintage stone has a nice high crown with somewhat chunky facets in a warm L color/I1 clarity. Stylized acanthus leaves form the shoulders and beautifully frame the diamond set, foliate design of the gallery. Currently a size 4.25 and is made in platinum. Some resizing is possible.
